We are pleased to announce the Wichita/Sedgwick County Coordinated Community Response Team is seeking a motivated candidate for Systems Coordinator to manage and oversee a Safety and Accountability Study of the community systems’ response to domestic and sexual violence. This is a full time contract position for the length of the grant (approximately 18 months). Qualifications for the position are:
The Systems Coordinator will be well-organized, analytical and diplomatic. The ideal candidate will be skilled in verbal and written communication, meeting facilitation, and negotiation, and be able to analyze and incorporate complex information from multiple sources. The Coordinator will show demonstrated experience working with diverse groups of people towards common goals, a working knowledge of the dynamics of sexual and domestic violence and/or criminal justice, and the capacity to work effectively with each participating agency. A working knowledge of the social, cultural, and institutional conditions that sustain violence against women on a systemic level is preferred.
