Cammie joined the Wichita Area Sexual Assault Center (WASAC) in 2018 as the Community Education Advocate and transitioned into the role of Advocacy Coordinator in 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Women’s Studies and a master’s degree in Sociology from Wichita State University.
Cammie is passionate about public speaking and firmly believes that education is essential for community health and safety. She is dedicated to raising awareness about the pervasive impact of sexual violence on individuals and communities. Cammie strives to support survivors in their healing journeys while actively working to foster a community that stands against sexual violence.
Outside of her work at WASAC, Cammie enjoys crafting, playing games with her family, reading, watching movies, traveling, and cuddling with her two cats.
