Bilingual: English and Spanish

Jennifer first started her career with the Wichita Area Sexual Assault Center in 2020 as the Bilingual Advocate. While she enjoys working with survivors and their families from all walks of life, she particularly loves to be able to connect with the Hispanic community and help overcome barriers using her native language. Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Wichita State University and has always worked in some capacity with children since she was a teenager.

When she is not at work, she is reading a book or watching horror movies while drinking coffee and cuddling with her tuxedo cat, Moomoo. She loves to attend concerts, traveling, dancing and anything to do with Halloween or of the spooky nature.
