Mariah is a dedicated advocate whose passion lies at the intersection of LGBTQ+ rights, survivor advocacy, and mental health awareness. Mariah has been with the Wichita Area Sexual Assault Center (WASAC) since 2021, starting with a focus on outreach to LGBTQ+ and incarcerated survivors. They have bachelor’s degrees in psychology and gender, women, and sexuality studies from Kansas State University.

In her free time, Mariah enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with their cat, Mushroom.
